I thought when I got into this bricks and mortar business that I could say goodbye forever to building websites. After three years of procrastination, I finally dragged myself back to the computer and built this new, robust website.
- Over the last three years, I’ve learned that a lot of people who receive my letters in the mail like to do some background check on me before calling. This site should give those folks a lot more info on me and how I buy houses with cash.
- There’s a saying that every person who gets into this business has his/her “unfair advantage” over the competitors. Turns out my advantage is online marketing. For the previous two decades, with websites such as Hudson Valley Help Wanted, I specialized in online marketing. Other folks may have a construction background, or real estate background, or have cheap labor. That’s their “unfair advantage”. Mine is online marketing and I’m finally going to capitalize on it.
So, I’ve abandoned my old “I’ll just throw something up on the web” website, seen here, and have come to terms that there’s no escaping what help my business – and my potential customers.
The best part of this website is that I’ll be able to prove a whole lot more information about selling your house to an investor like myself such as how the process works, pros and cons of selling to a cash buyer and laws that protect you, the seller.
With this first article complete, I will now release my new website onto the interwebs!
