I’m not fly-by-night or an out of state-er. I grew up in Dutchess County and live in Hopewell Junction with my wife (and awesome business partner), and kids. With deep roots in our beautiful Hudson Valley, I’ve been buying houses quickly and painlessly for almost a decade. You’ll work with me through the entire transaction. There’s no big mega-corporation or slick salespeople. I work hard to make sure you are completely comfortable with selling to me, from the first time you come to this website, until we shake hands at the closing.

I’ve never backed out of a deal.  I have purchased every house I have committed to buying… even during the COVID crisis of 2020 when everything was shut down and no one had any idea what was going to happen with the real estate market. I still kept my commitments and purchased every house I said I would buy during that uncertain and scary time.

The bottom line is… this is how I make a living and support my family. Nothing is more important to me than keeping my word and doing the right thing.

Dog Rescue

For over 15 years Gail and I have been involved with dog rescue operations. I’ve transported dozens of dogs to fosters and fur-ever homes. In 2021, we’ve started fostering rescued dogs in our home to get them ready for their forever home. (check out our instagram page)

What I Love About Buying Houses

One of my favorite things is giving relief to people from the stress/strain that their house is causing. I solve their problem by giving them good value for their house, without hassle, in a extraordinarily short amount of time so they can get on with their life. It’s heartening to see the joy on someone’s face when they know they can shed the burden of which they’ve been carrying.
